I think it would probably be because I had never completed any training on how to present to a large group of people which was something that I feared in the past and felt a little thrown into the deep end when I started working at the practice. I now actually enjoy staff meetings and training sessions. The main changes to my work have been through change management and ideas on how to go about the process. Also looking back at what I have done and how I can improve has been helpful and have been doing a lot more of it.
