Editor of a major scientific journal and series editor of a management
book series. She has spoken
widely at conferences in the UK and internationally on business. |

Roger Lilley is a highly experienced manager who worked for many years for one of the UK's largest companies, covering a range of senior management roles in Sales, Business Development and International Marketing. He provides sales and marketing consultancy to a variety of businesses and is one of the tutors on UMD Professional's ILM management qualification courses. |

Mike Grace originally qualified as a dentist but his career also saw him involved in dental education at the London Hospital at King's London. Whilst Editor of the British Dental Journal for 14 years he championed the importance of effective management in dentistry and has been actively involved in management training for many years. He is now Senior Assessor for UMD Professional and also acts as tutor. |

Peter
Warner is a solicitor admitted
to practice in 1985 with a wealth of consultancy, training and management
experience. He joined a major law network in 1992 where he was responsible
for the planning, co-ordination and implementation of business reviews
and consultancy projects for practices ranging in size from four
to sixty five partners. He works as a tutor for UMD Professional's ILM qualification courses for law firms and barristers' chambers. |

Gwyn Thomas is an experienced professional coach, trainer and leadership mentor with significant senior and executive level leadership experience within the public and charity sectors. Alison Lewis is an experienced former senior manager in the Civil Service and project manager in the public sector. She holds the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of South Wales and has gained wide experience as a leadership and management trainer and facilitator in both the public and private sectors. Barbara Teague is an experienced leadership and management coach. She has held senior management positions in the charity sector where she was responsible for establishing and leading services across Wales. She is a tutor and assessor on UMD Professional's ILM qualification courses. |

Paul Bourne has a Masters' Degree in Performance Studies and works in business training and project management. He is a Fellow at The Judge Business School (Cambridge University), CEDAR (Anglia Ruskin University), The Moscow School of Management, ITMO (St. Petersburg) and The Stockholm School of Economics. For UMD Professional he works as a Master Coach in presentation and communication skills at workshops for Level 5 and Level 7 students. |

Nigel Fenton began his career working for a major trade association, supporting UK companies in the development of standards for electronic business communications. He then spent many years working for a multinational FMCG manufacturer, and leading a team which developed best in class processes for managing change. More recently he has provided consultancy support and training on business processes and acts as an assessor for ILM management qualifications. |
