Dental practice managers

Dental practice managers have a choice of three management qualification courses acredited by the ILM, the UK's largest awarding body for leadership and management qualifications:

• ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management
  Designed for dental nurses and receptionists taking on supervisory roles.
• ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  Designed for dental practice managers, or aspiring practice managers, to develop their management knowledge and skills.
• ILM Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management
  Designed for those working at a senior level in dental practices either as a Principal or partner or practice manager.
