Fiona
Stuart-Wilson leads the management training team for dental practices. She is a director of
UMD Professional and an experienced senior manager within both the
public and private sectors. She has developed close relationships with a large number of
dental practices around the UK delivering our management training programmes and as a business mentor for dentists and senior partners. She was for eleven years Associate
Editor of the BDJ and series editor of the Better Dental Business
book series. She is also the author of many articles on dental business
management and a book on marketing in dental practice. She is in demand as a speaker at business conferences in the UK and internationally. |

Mike Grace originally qualified as a dentist but his career also saw him involved in dental education at the London Hospital at King's London. Whilst Editor of the British Dental Journal for 14 years he championed the importance of effective management in dentistry and has been actively involved in management training for many years. He is now a Senior Assessor and tutor on UMD Professional's ILM management qualification courses for dental practices. |

Roger Lilley is a highly experienced manager who worked for many years for one of the UK's largest companies, covering a range of senior management roles in Sales, Business Development and International Marketing. He provides sales and marketing consultancy to a variety of businesses and is one of the tutors on UMD Professional's ILM management qualification courses for dental practices. |

Gwyn Thomas is an experienced professional coach, trainer and leadership mentor with significant senior and executive level leadership experience within the public and charity sectors. He specialises in the field of personal and organisational leadership development within Wales, the UK and overseas. He is a tutor and assessor on UMD Professional's ILM qualification courses. |

Alison Lewis is an experienced former senior manager in the Civil Service and project manager in the public sector. She holds the ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive Coaching from the University of South Wales and has gained wide experience as a leadership and management trainer and facilitator in both the public and private sectors. She is tutor and assessor on UMD Professional's ILM qualification courses. |

Sandy
Horvath has extensive practical senior management experience,
and hands-on training experience gained within the police service
and other private and public sector organisations. He works
with dental practices particularly in the arenas of
communications and people management, and has developed a unique
training workshop on assertiveness and dealing with difficult situations.

Nigel Fenton began his career working for a major trade association, supporting UK companies in the development of standards for electronic business communications. He then spent many years working for a multinational FMCG manufacturer, and leading a team which developed best in class processes for managing change. More recently he has provided consultancy support and training on business processes and acts as an assessor for UMD Professional's ILM management qualifications. |
